Hello, i'm Jerome, the owner of this Flat.

I'm french and live in Paris for more than 20 years now. I lived in this Flat during 7 years, from 2000 to 2007, and what i can say is that this place is really really nice, with a fantastic neighborhood.

So, why did i left this place ? Because there are only 2 bedrooms.... and i have 2 children now, so i needed a third room.

I know the area of saint germain des près (and even other places in Paris..) like my pocket, so i'd be happy to help you finding nice restaurants or bars, and give you any kind of good tips !
